Isabelle Hwang
I am currently a fourth year science student majoring in Biology at the University of British Columbia. I joined the Lack Laboratory in January 2026 as a co-op student and I will be involved in investigating AR co-regulators in primary prostate cancer and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Prior to joining the Lack Lab, I completed a co-op placement at PharmaPlanter Technologies where I contributed to the cloning and recombinant expression of a novel protein for therapeutic development. Outside the lab, I enjoy running, going to the gym, baking desserts, and discovering new restaurants around Vancouver!
